French Bread - 1st attempt

I tried this recipe from :

It turned out not bad. I always have high expectations and I was hoping for that SUPER crusty bread. However I think this is due to my oven. It sucks. The highest temp it holds consistently is 400 deg C. Egh. Oh well, I hope to one day have an oven that can hold 500 deg+ consistently.

Fresh bread is always yummy though. Good with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
