While playing around, I placed the collar on the neckline... better I think, will go with this and see what happens.

Beginnings of my first Holiday/Party Dress

Still in progress, lots of work to be done! I'm thinking of wearing it with my yet to be made silver liquid leggings.

First Chiffon...

The skirt will look more gathered when done, and there will be a lining so the undies won't show =P







Okay, first time working with chiffon. Making a blouse inspired by that show I shouldn't be watching. Chiffon is a challenge to work on. Likes to move around lots. I have a long way to go, but I think I can finish by tomorrow. I basically only have the collar done =P

Drapey Brown Dress

This is what I'm working on today. Buttons or no buttons? I covered some tacky plastic buttons with the same fabric as the dress.

What's comming together... cheriered's hello sunshine inspired.... but didn't turn out

I'm working on this very unfinished dress inspired by burda style's cheriered's creation, hello sunshine dress. SO does not look the same, but i still like it.... still has lots of work needed. Thinking of some more detail on the bodice... ruching or something glittery?
